A workshop for caregivers moving through grief after the loss of their care partner. Join artist and internationally accredited psychologist, Monica Vidal for an inspiring guided opportunity to use the arts for self-care. Participants will engage in activities that allow for support and creative expression while navigating the stages of grief. These activities focus on play and imagination, using various types of collage, painting, sculpture, writing, movement, and music as tools to help during this difficult moment. No artistic experience necessary. All supplies provided by ACA.
